洗发水是一种高浓度的清洁产品,丰富的泡沫才能溶解污垢,直接抹在头发上接触头皮,会对头皮产生刺激,也会让头发相互摩擦,进而出现发尾干燥,头皮油腻,皮屑等问题。

头发的“毛鳞片”,顾名思义,就是像鱼鳞一样生长,有它自然的生长方向,洗头的时候按照从发根到发梢的方向捋头发,毛鳞片就不会翘起来,头发就不会变毛躁。

抓头皮固然很爽,当时也很解痒,但却有可能使指甲划伤头皮,出现局部感染病变导致皮炎,严重时,受伤部位就会掉头发甚至永久性脱发,试想,抓拿真的比推拿效果好,那推拿还不全改成抓拿了?

护发素,一定要用,或者发膜、护发精油,总之要给头发补充营养,很多朋友说自己发根油发梢干枯,发质细软,而洗头的时候洗发水能把发根的油腻脏污洗掉,用护发素就是给发梢加营养啦。

过多水分反而会使护发产品的吸收效果大打折扣,越是浓缩的护发营养,比如精华、护发精油、发膜之类,使用时对头发的干燥程度要求都是比较高的哦。

水温由高到低如果不太好实现,那就用稍高于体温的水来洗,40℃为宜。

吹头发最好不要用热风,买吹风机的时候选择带温度调节的,用中温吹干头皮,发梢吹到半干就可以了。发质不好的妹纸,建议不要经常吹头发哦!

压力大时就把头发散开,让秀发在风中自由飞舞,也是一种很好的减压方式,办公室、自习室、图书馆、你无意间撩起头发的动作可能就迷倒了身后一群情窦初开的男子哦。哈哈~~~

 

ps:长期扎很紧的马尾可能会导致一些发质不够坚强的人出现物理性脱发,头发长期受到向后的拉力可能会使发根松动,还是让头皮得到足够的放松为宜,酷爱马尾的干练也要时常给头发放假才好哦!
